    Niczego nam podczas pobytu nie brakowało, super lokalizacja, wymeldowanie i zameldowanie bardzo proste. Fajnie, że miejsce parkingowe jest w hali garażowej. Polecam:)

    Problem z odnalezieniem właściwego apartamentu z uwagi na różniące się numery apartamentów tj. inny numer podany po rejestracji, inny przyszedł na na maila oraz inny na kluczach apartamentu. Nadto, po ściągnięciu pościeli z łóżka, materace były BARDZO BRUDNE (duże żółte plamy).

Przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności związane z niejasną numeracją apartamentu — to zdecydowanie wymaga poprawy i już pracujemy nad ujednoliceniem komunikacji w tym zakresie. Szczególnie przepraszamy za stan materacy — taka sytuacja nie powinna mieć miejsca. Informacja została przekazana do zespołu sprzątającego oraz technicznego, aby natychmiast podjęto działania naprawcze.
